Job Title: Junior CRM X-sell Executive

Reports To: CRM Manager / CRM Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CRM X-sell Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has strong English skills and an interest in marketing, communications, or customer engagement. You will support the execution of cross-sell campaigns and work closely with multiple departments to help deliver impactful messages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CRM Campaigns:
  
  
• Assist in the setup and delivery of marketing campaigns across channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
  
  
• Ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
  
  
• Team Collaboration:
  
  
• Work with various departments—including design, content, and product teams—to help create promotional materials and communication content.
  
  
• Help ensure all messaging fits well with different product areas and brand goals.
  
  
• Track Campaigns & Gather Insights:
  
  
• Help request and organize reports on how campaigns perform.
  
  
• Learn how to review results and support improvements in campaign strategy.
  
  
• Campaign Planning:
  
  
• Assist in planning communication calendars and support the execution of campaign schedules.
  
  
• Help maintain clear documentation of campaign plans, tasks, and results.
  
  
• Reporting:
  
  
• Keep detailed records of what was sent, to whom, and what the outcomes were.
  
  
• Learn how to identify what’s working and where improvements can be made.
