The Role:
We’re looking for an analytical, agile, and detail-driven SEM Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help us plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across Google and other key search platforms in competitive, high-stakes markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-impact SEM strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, Bing, ASA, YouTube, UAC, etc.)

Conduct keyword research and implement targeting strategies based on business goals

Monitor, optimize, and report on paid search performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies

Create, test, and refine ad creatives and landing pages in collaboration with content and design teams

Analyze performance metrics using platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and other BI tools

Identify search trends and apply insights to improve performance and market share

Work closely with CRM, SEO, development, and data teams to align SEM efforts with broader marketing strategies

Stay informed on SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

Manage click fraud monitoring and risk mitigation tactics

Produce clear and actionable performance reports and dashboards
Qualifications:
-
At least 1 year of experience in SEM or PPC within the iGaming industry

Proven experience managing Google Ads and other search-based advertising platforms

Strong understanding of bidding strategies, ad ranking, and quality score mechanics

Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Familiarity with ad copywriting and A/B testing methodologies

Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills

Google Ads certifications are a plus

Fluent in English; a second language is a plus

Self-starter attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills
