We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and conversation-savvy Community Manager to join our global PR team. Your mission? To be our eyes, ears, and voice across online platforms — spotting trends, jumping into relevant conversations, and building authentic relationships in the worlds of iGaming, betting, tech, and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing
Community Strategy & Growth
- Execute strategies to grow and engage our communities on Reddit, X, Bluesky, and more.
- Shape and maintain a consistent tone of voice aligned with our brand’s positioning.
- Test and launch engagement formats: Q&As, challenges, memes, threads, AMAs, etc.
- Spot and support potential brand advocates and community leaders.
Daily Engagement & Reputation Management
- Monitor key conversations, comment on relevant posts, and support organic buzz.
- Proactively respond to comments, mentions, and DMs — both praise and critique.
- Engage in ongoing discussions in our niche (iGaming, betting, innovation, tech) and beyond.
- Build bridges with communities and influencers by showing up authentically.
- Flag risks and reputational threats early, and help us respond with clarity and speed.
Content & Collaboration
- Work closely with PR and creative teams to feed content ideas from the community.
- Adapt brand content to suit platform tone and conversation flow.
- Create reactive posts and real-time commentary from the brand account.
Trends & Insights
- Track key community metrics and report on what’s working (and what’s not).
- Monitor trending topics, viral content, and sentiment shifts.
- Bring back sharp, actionable insights to inform our comms and product strategy.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Are fluent in the dynamics of Reddit, X, and Bluesky (bonus: Discord or niche forums).
- Understand the tone, culture, and unwritten rules of online conversations.
- Have experience with iGaming, betting, or related industries, or are quick to learn.
- Know when to be witty, when to be serious, and when to say nothing.
- Can write fast, smart, and on-brand — even in heated or fast-moving threads.
- Love balancing creativity with metrics and community with brand goals.
