Arabic VIP Team Lead

As a VIP team leader, your role is to manage a team of VIP Account managers, ensure their daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and completely on a daily basis. To manage the team towards reaching and surpassing their goals.

Lead by example by assisting in the development of the team processes and procedures. Focus on surpassing targets on a monthly basis through proactive and reactive actions to be taken by your team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall running of the VIP team;
  • Develop & implement strategic plans to ensure VIP Managers grow within their roles;
  • Achieving progress and hitting VIP targets by successfully managing the team and assessing the teams’ strengths & addressing weaknesses;
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships;
  • Manage and understand your team’s markets and KPIs and take appropriate action to capitalise on opportunities and fill gaps;
  • Improving upon current procedures and implementing new processes;
  • Weekly reporting on team and market performance;
  • Conducting regular 1 2 1’s & Performance management;
  • Any other tasks assigned by Head or Director of Department.

Job Requirement / Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English;
  • Gambling industry Knowledge and Experience is a must;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office;
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
  • Excellent understanding of VIP Player Management;
  • Strong People management skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Scheduling and work planning;
  • Presenting and report skills.

Education / Experience:

  • Worked in a VIP role for 2 years or more;
  • Good understanding of client/customer and market requirements and dynamics;
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a VIP team;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Understanding of numbers and targets;
