We’re seeking a dedicated HR Manager to take full ownership of all HR functions in our newly opened Dubai office. As the first HR professional on the ground, you will play a key role in setting up and leading HR operations, building culture, and ensuring a seamless and compliant launch of our regional presence. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the setup of HR operations for the new office, including local compliance, policies, and procedures

Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Develop and implement performance management processes and feedback frameworks

Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with local standards

Monitor legal and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance with Serbian labor laws

Lead employee relations efforts, resolving issues proactively and supporting overall well-being

Plan and manage employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and office events

Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and employee records in line with legal requirements

Support global HR initiatives and adapt them to local needs
Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment

Familiarity with UAE labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace regulations

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a newly established office

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
