Human Resources Manager

We’re seeking a dedicated HR Manager to take full ownership of all HR functions in our newly opened Dubai office. As the first HR professional on the ground, you will play a key role in setting up and leading HR operations, building culture, and ensuring a seamless and compliant launch of our regional presence. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup of HR operations for the new office, including local compliance, policies, and procedures

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

  • Develop and implement performance management processes and feedback frameworks

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with local standards

  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance with Serbian labor laws

  • Lead employee relations efforts, resolving issues proactively and supporting overall well-being

  • Plan and manage employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and office events

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and employee records in line with legal requirements

  • Support global HR initiatives and adapt them to local needs


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment

  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace regulations

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a newly established office

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Problem-solver mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach

  • Experience with HR systems and digital tools
