About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to take charge of both organic and paid social media strategy and execution for our iGaming brands. Based in Toronto, you’ll be the go-to expert for growing brand visibility, building communities, and driving acquisition and retention through powerful social storytelling and performance campaigns.
This is a hybrid role blending creative content planning with data-driven paid media strategy, ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, knows the iGaming space, and is ready to scale our social presence across key markets.
✨ What You’ll Do
Organic:

Plan, create, and manage organic social media calendars across platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, IG, etc.).

Build engaging, on-brand content that drives awareness, engagement, and community growth.

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce social-first creatives.

Monitor conversations, trends, and brand sentiment—jump on trends where relevant.

Own the reporting and performance tracking of organic campaigns, offering insights and improvement areas.
Paid:

Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other channels.

Align paid strategies with business KPIs such as engagement, traffic, acquisition, and ROAS.

Test and refine targeting, creatives, and copy to boost conversion and lower CPA.

Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and compliance (especially in the iGaming space).
🎯 What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in social media management with a mix of organic and paid.

Experience in or strong knowledge of the iGaming, casino, or betting industry.

Hands-on experience with ad managers (Meta, TikTok, etc.), content tools, and analytics dashboards.

Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to craft copy and captions that convert.

Proven track record in growing communities and running performance-driven campaigns.

Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Creative thinker who’s not afraid to try new things and iterate quickly.

Self-starter who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Based in or willing to relocate to Toronto (Hybrid role preferred).
