As we expand in different markets, we are looking for a Team Lead Regional CRM Manager to oversee and optimize localized, data-driven CRM campaigns. This is a leadership role for someone who understands regional gaming behaviors, customer lifecycle management, and CRM analytics to maximize player engagement.
Your Role:
As a Team Lead Regional CRM Manager, you will:
✅ Develop and implement regional CRM strategies to boost customer retention and engagement.
✅ Lead and mentor regional CRM managers, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
✅ Leverage data analytics to refine segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and player engagement.
✅ Customize CRM approaches to fit cultural and market-specific needs across Asian regions.
✅ Oversee CRM campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and automation platforms.
✅ Define and track CRM KPIs, providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
✅ Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
✅ Stay updated on emerging trends and regulations in the Asian iGaming landscape.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of CRM management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
✔️ Strong knowledge of CRM tools & automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar).
✔️ Proven ability to develop customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
✔️ Data-driven mindset with expertise in customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
✔️ Fluency in English is required.
