About Medier

Medier is a fast-growing company in the iGaming industry, dedicated to delivering top-tier player experiences through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies. We are now looking for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to join our team in Copenhagen and take our customer relationship management to the next level!

Your Role:

As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement.
🔹 Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging.
🔹 Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.
🔹 Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
🔹 Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations.
🔹 Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines.
🔹 A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value (LTV).

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Fluent Danish speaker, with strong proficiency in English.
✔️ 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools & automation platforms.
✔️ Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies.
✔️ Experience working with customer segmentation and loyalty programs.
✔️ Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Passion for the iGaming industry is a plus!
