About the Role:

Medier is opening a new office in Copenhagen, and we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Office Manager to help set up and maintain a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized workspace. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a great office environment, managing daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup and organization of our new office, ensuring a comfortable and functional workspace.
  • Act as the main point of contact for office operations, liaising with vendors, landlords, and service providers.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workplace.
  • Assist with event planning, team gatherings, and office celebrations.
  • Support HR and management with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing office expenses, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Foster a positive and energetic office culture, making the workplace enjoyable and efficient for all employees.

Requirements:

Fluent in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills.
✔ Previous experience in office management, administration, or hospitality is a must.
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
✔ A people person who enjoys engaging with teams and creating a vibrant office environment.
✔ Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing company.
✔ Knowledge of basic budgeting and expense tracking is a plus.
