As an Brand Reputation Management, you will be responsible for optimizing search results, suppressing negative content, and enhancing brand visibility. You will work closely with content, PR, and social media teams to craft SEO-driven strategies that promote positive brand sentiment and mitigate reputational risks. Additionally, you will oversee social media SEO strategies, ensuring that brand-owned social profiles rank prominently in search results and contribute positively to the company’s online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to manage online reputation and suppress negative search results.
  • Optimize owned media (company website, blogs, press releases, and social profiles) for higher search rankings.
  • Monitor and influence search engine results pages (SERPs) to ensure brand-positive content ranks higher.
  • Execute ORM (Online Reputation Management) techniques to mitigate negative content impact.
  • Conduct keyword research to target brand-positive and high-authority search terms.
  • Create and optimize content, including articles, blog posts, and landing pages, to support reputation management efforts.
  • Build relationships with high-authority websites for positive brand mentions.
  • Track brand sentiment and search rankings using SEO and ORM tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Brandwatch, etc.).
  • Provide regular reports on SEO and ORM performance, including risk assessments and action plans.
  • Optimize brand-owned social media profiles to rank higher in search engines.
  • Implement social media SEO best practices, including keyword-rich descriptions, hashtags, and structured metadata.
  • Work with social media managers to develop content that supports brand reputation goals.
  • Monitor and manage brand mentions, reviews, and user-generated content on social platforms.
  • Engage with audiences strategically to enhance positive sentiment and counteract negative narratives.
  • Track social media impact on SEO and ORM, providing insights on engagement and visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years in SEO, ORM, or digital marketing with a focus on brand reputation management in iGaming.
  • Strong understanding of how social media platforms impact search rankings and brand reputation.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Knowledge of right-to-be-forgotten policies, content takedown strategies, and privacy regulations.
  • Experience working with content teams, PR professionals, and digital marketers.
  • Ability to react quickly to negative press, reviews, and search engine changes.
  • Strong data analysis skills to monitor SERP trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for content strategy and stakeholder reporting.
