As Back Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of both sales agents and account managers, verifying the efficient management of player accounts, transactions, and bonus systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Add, update, and organise bonuses in the back-office system to VIP/Sales team.
  • Ensure that bonuses are applied correctly to player accounts, including deposit bonuses, and promotional offers.
  • Troubleshoot any bonus-related issues and work closely with Sales and Account managers to resolve player inquiries regarding bonuses.
  • Confirm that bonus terms and conditions are implemented properly and that the bonus system is functioning smoothly without errors.
  • Generate and review regular reports for VIP/Sales on player activity, financial performance, and bonus usage.
  • Collaborate with the VIP/Sales team to ensure if players are eligible for bonuses.
  • Assist with escalations and provide support for high-priority or sensitive cases.
  • Regularly check and maintain the back-office system to ensure all functionalities (including bonus and transaction modules) are working optimally.
Requirements:
  • Experience in back-office administration
  • Strong understanding of bonus systems, including the ability to add and configure bonuses in a back-end platform.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and transaction processes.
  • Ability to work with a team
