We are seeking a results-oriented SEO PR Manager to join our reputation team.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive SEO strategies for new and existing company websites.
- Conduct thorough keyword research (including generic, brand, and long-tail keywords) to guide content and site structure.
- Regularly perform technical site audits to improve site health, load speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexability.
Collaboration with PR Department
- Work closely with PR to align SEO efforts with brand reputation and media outreach activities.
- Coordinate on press releases, media statements, and online PR content to maximize search visibility and SEO impact.
- Provide PR teams with optimized keyword strategies for media pitches and digital news coverage.
On-Page & Off-Page Optimization
- Optimize website pages for search engine visibility, improving meta tags, headings, and content structure.
- Lead link-building initiatives, including outreach campaigns, guest posting, and building relationships with relevant publications.
- Ensure compliance with SEO best practices to avoid penalties and maintain search engine integrity.
Content Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to create and optimize SEO-friendly webpages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Provide editorial guidelines and SEO recommendations to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and adjust content strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions).
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify improvement opportunities and monitor trends.
- Present regular performance updates to stakeholders, including PR and Marketing teams, highlighting successes, insights, and recommendations.
Stay Current with Industry Trends
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates, emerging SEO tactics, and industry best practices.
- Continually evaluate new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and results.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience with iGaming direction.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with PR teams preferred.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
- Experience using SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative spirit, capable of building positive relationships across teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to think outside the box.
