We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.

• Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and strategies to achieve company objectives.

• Foster a positive, competitive, and high-performance sales culture within the team.

• Provide regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

• Analyse data to assess market trends, sales performance, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry;

• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets;

• Fluent in both Arabic and English languages;

• Leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performance sales teams;

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
