CRM Executive – Dutch/Flemish Speaker

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing CRM campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value within the Belgian market. You will work closely with our CRM and marketing teams to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that align with local market trends, preferences, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance customer retention, engagement, and reactivation for the Belgian market, focusing on Dutch-speaking and Flemish customers.
  • Personalized Communication: Design personalized communication tailored to player preferences, behaviors, and needs, utilizing CRM systems to automate and streamline processes.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze customer data and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Use data to adjust strategies for better player engagement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and regional requirements.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Belgian market trends, customer behavior, and gambling regulations to ensure all campaigns comply with local regulations.
    Customer Segmentation: Develop and execute targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and lifecycle stages, ensuring effective player journeys and experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native Dutch/Flemish speaker (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a CRM or customer engagement role,
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and platforms, such as Symplify, Salesforce, or similar, with experience in implementing automated campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Belgian market dynamics and knowledge of local player behavior and preferences.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus; additional language skills in French can be advantageous.
