We're looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people-oriented People Operations & Office Manager to become a key member of our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day office operations, support our growing team throughout the employee lifecycle, and help attract top talent to MediaForce.

From creating an exceptional workplace and keeping our office running smoothly to managing recruitment processes, People Operations, and business travel, you'll play a central role in ensuring both our people and our business thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, supplies, equipment, vendors, and workplace services.
  • Coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and relationships with travel agencies and hotels.
  • Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Support and continuously improve People Operations processes, systems, and administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, communication with candidates and hiring managers, and ATS management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
  • Organize company events, team activities, and support cross-functional operational projects.
  • Act as a go-to person for employees, providing operational support and helping ensure a smooth and positive workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Native-level Hebrew and a high level of written and verbal English communication skills (must).
  • Previous experience in Office Management, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a similar role.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Service-oriented with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates and supporting recruitment processes - advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and HR/recruitment systems.
  • Full-time availability.
