
Director of Demand Growth & Partnerships
We're looking for a performance marketing-driven leader who is equally comfortable discussing campaign performance, growth strategies, and client business objectives, while inspiring and coaching a team to deliver exceptional results. You are a natural relationship builder and trusted advisor, with strong negotiation and influencing skills that enable you to engage senior stakeholders, drive account growth, secure strategic partnerships, and create long-term value for both clients and the business. .
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and helping advertisers unlock new levels of growth through data, technology, and performance-driven strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Negotiate commercial agreements, renewals, and account expansion opportunities.
- Own a portfolio of strategic demand-side accounts, with full responsibility for retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with client business objectives and company revenue goals. Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
- Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to identify opportunities for increased investment and collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations based on performance data, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Partner closely with Performance, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of client initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging ad-tech solutions to bring innovative ideas to clients.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience leading Account Management, Client Success, Partnerships, or Growth teams within the Performance Marketing industry.
- High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of growing existing client relationships and consistently driving upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation, business development, and revenue growth.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
