Founded in 2007, MediaForce is a group of ad-technology and product experts operating a private media bidding platform capable of massive scale, reach, and speed. With a strong focus on performance, we are a diverse team with deep experience across mobile app installs, lead generation, e-commerce, media optimization, and content.

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Business Development Manager who lives and breathes the ad-tech and performance marketing ecosystem.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We’re looking for a true hunter, a performance thinker, and a relationship builder — someone who understands performance economics, knows how to identify scalable opportunities, and can turn connections into long-term revenue growth. Someone who is ambitious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Requirements 

 Expertise & Experience

We are specifically looking for someone who understands the business behind performance marketing.

 

  • Provide professional guidance and oversight to the bookkeeping team, including reviewing and monitoring their work.
  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing Sales / Business Development or Affiliate Marketing
  • Proven experience working with performance models such as CPA, EPC, ROAS, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong experience working with US-based advertisers and a deep understanding of the US performance landscape.
  • Fluent English speaker – Must.
  • Strong knowledge of the AdTech space, comparison models, lead generation, and arbitrage strategies.
  • Ability to analyze traffic sources and evaluate quality and conversion flows.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, pixels, postbacks, and integrations.
  • Experience working with comparison sites – a strong advantage.
  • Ability to structure commercial models based on performance data.

 

Job Responsibilities 

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively identify, approach, and close new advertisers, primarily in the US market
  • Build and own a strong pipeline of performance-based opportunities.
  • Develop new verticals and unlock growth within existing ones.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close CPA, CPL, Rev-share, and hybrid deals.
  • Evaluate traffic quality, conversion funnels, and monetization potential.
  • Work cross-functionally with Paid Media, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to execute deals.
  • Represent MediaForce at US-focused conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with advertisers and performance partners.
