Position Overview


We are looking for a highly independent, proactive, and detail-driven Project Manager to join our team.
This is a pivotal role where you will take operational ownership of our events and internal projects. You will work closely with the founders to ensure seamless execution, excellent
communication, and an outstanding experience for our guests and partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys taking fullownership and working at the intersection of innovation, investment, and high-level event production.


Key Responsibilities


Event &Project Operations:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Future Investments events (approx 2-3
events per year).
- Manage timelines, deliverables, venues, suppliers, and logistics from concept to
completion.
- Ensure premium-quality execution aligned with our brand values and guest expectations.
- Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and timeline oversight.
- Agenda Development: Providing valuable input into event agendas, suggesting content and program improvements, and collaborating with speakers and presenters.


Partnerships & Sponsorships: Communicate with potential partners and sponsors to build meaningful relationships and secure collaboration opportunities.

Budgeting &Administration: Support event budgeting and ensure cost control and financial discipline. Manage invoices, quotes, vendor agreements, and reporting.

Marketing & Social Media: Basic understanding of marketing activities (Social media, newsletters) in order to drive brand visibility that supports event goals and enhances brand awareness.

- Entrepreneurial-minded Project Manager with experience in event management and operations (3-5+ years preferred).
- Proven experience in event management, with a portfolio of successfully executed high-
profile events.
- A proactive operator with excellent organizational skills, a natural problem-solver.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Flexible, adaptable, and energized by the diversity of tasks rather than routine.
- Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team in a remote environment.
- Experience in partnership building and sponsor communications is a plus.
- Passionate about innovation, technology, and future-driven topics.

Communication

As our team is international, the official company language is English. For this position, we are looking for someone who has a fluent level of English (C1+).

Selection Process


- We will start looking at the first applications immediately and close applications onnJanuary 20, 2025.
- After analyzing the applications, we will contact shortlisted applicants for a 30-minute
call in English.
- A few days after the call, selected applicants will receive tasks with a three-day deadline. This task will be an example of what you can expect on the job. This helps us to see your creativity & organization skills in action and allows you to get a glimpse of the role.
- Once the tasks are done, applicants will be contacted for a 30-minute video call also in English.
- The selected applicant will be contacted via email and will be invited to join our team early next year (February 2026).
