Zur Unterstützung unseres wachsenden Programms für Frauengesundheit und unserer zentralen Longevity-Check-ups erweitern wir nun unser medizinisches Team.

Stellenübersicht
Wir suchen eine dynamische, aufgeschlossene und teamfähige Ärztin /  Arzt mit einer soliden klinischen Grundlage und nachgewiesenem Interesse an Langlebigkeit und Präventivmedizin. Der Fokus dieser Rolle liegt auf qualitativ hochwertiger, datenbasierter Betreuung – insbesondere im Bereich der Frauengesundheit – sowie auf personalisierten Gesundheitsanalysen, Interpretation fortschrittlicher Biomarker und begleitendem Coaching.

Ideale Kandidat:innen kommen aus Bereichen wie Endokrinologie, Gynäkologie, Innerer Medizin oder Allgemeinmedizin und bringen ein starkes Interesse an Longevity, Epigenetik, funktioneller Medizin und hormoneller Gesundheit mit.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Durchführung umfassender medizinischer Konsultationen basierend auf dem AYUN Longevity-Framework

  • Interpretation fortgeschrittener Biomarker-Panels und Folgeuntersuchungen zur Ergebnismessung und Optimierung

  • Mitarbeit im Programm für Frauengesundheit mit Fokus auf Hormone, Fruchtbarkeit, Perimenopause und Stoffwechselgesundheit

  • Erstellung personalisierter Präventions- und Optimierungspläne auf wissenschaftlicher Grundlage

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Wissenschaftler:innen, Coaches, Ernährungsberater:innen und Sportwissenschaftler:innen

  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen, Fallbesprechungen und Konzeptentwicklung

  • Aktives Verfolgen wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse in den Bereichen Langlebigkeit, Frauengesundheit und Systembiologie

  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation in unserem digitalen System

  • Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Klient:innen – nicht nur als Ärztin/Arzt, sondern als ganzheitlicher Gesundheitspartner

Anforderungen

  • Medizinischer Abschluss (Dr. med. oder äquivalent) mit Facharzttitel in einem relevanten Gebiet

  • Mindestens 3–5 Jahre klinische Erfahrung

  • Starkes Interesse oder Weiterbildung in Longevity /Langlebigkeitsmedizin, funktioneller/integrativer Medizin oder Präventivmedizin

  • Neugier und Offenheit für neue Versorgungsmodelle

  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Beziehungskompetenz im Patientenkontakt

  • Teamfähigkeit und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

  • Erfahrung in der Interpretation komplexer Labordaten

  • Leidenschaft für Frauengesundheit über alle Lebensphasen hinweg – von Hormonoptimierung bis hin zu langfristiger Vitalität

  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und aktiven Mitgestaltung der AYUN-Methodik

Wünschenswert (nicht zwingend erforderlich)

  • Zusatzausbildung oder Kurse in Langlebigkeitsmedizin, funktioneller Medizin (z. B. IFM), Präzisionsmedizin

  • Erfahrung mit Biomarker-Tracking, Nutrigenomik oder Biohacking

  • Interesse an Wearables, HRV, epigenetischen Uhren oder KI-gestützten Tools
