Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Event & Marketing Manager to join our team at Longevity Investors. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to plan, execute, and deliver our high-impact events for a curated audience of industry leaders and investors. Beyond typical event management responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also take full ownership of driving social media and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events focusing on investors. Manage logistics, including venue selection, suppliers management and on-site event execution.
  • Agenda Development: Providing valuable input into event agendas, suggesting content and program improvements and collaborating with speakers and presenters.
  • Marketing & Social Media: Develop and implement marketing strategies across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.). Create and manage content calendars, engage with followers and drive brand visibility that supports event goals and enhances brand awareness.
  • Content Creation & Press: Write and distribute press releases to highlight key events and company updates. Create and curate compelling content for newsletters and other marketing channels.
  • Website Management (WIX): Build, update and maintain the company’s website using WIX, ensuring current and visually appealing content to reflect ongoing initiatives.
  • Event Design: Conceptualize and create design elements for events, including on-site event branding, signage, and both printed and digital materials ensuring all designs align with and enhance the company’s vision and brand identity.
  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: Communicate with potential partners and sponsors to build meaningful relationships and secure collaboration opportunities.


You'll Fit Great with These Skills and Values

  • Entrepreneurial-minded Event & Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Have a fluent level of English (C1+), German is a plus.
  • Proven experience in event management, with a portfolio of successfully executed high-profile events.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and brand strategy.
  • Excellent writing skills, particularly for event-related marketing content.
  • Experience with website management, ideally WIX.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in graphic design, ideally Canva.
  • Experience in Mailchimp, Wix, Slack, Zoom, SendPulse.
  • Experience in partnership building and sponsor communications is a plus.
