We're looking for an exceptional Head of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts and fuel our next phase of growth. This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the CMO, where you’ll be a player/coach, rolling up your sleeves to execute while strategically building and optimizing our demand engine. You'll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy, building a high-performing team, and directly impacting our bottom line.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Pipeline: Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy to consistently exceed pipeline and bookings targets. This includes both inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Be a Player/Coach: Lead by example, actively participating in campaign creation, optimization, and analysis. You'll mentor and develop a talented team of marketers focused on driving demand for the organization.
  • Lead with AI: A demonstrated desire and vision to leverage AI tools and technologies to drive marketing efficiency, personalization at scale, and exponential growth in pipeline generation.
  • Master Digital Marketing: Leverage your expertise across all digital channels, including AIO, GEO, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content syndication, and display advertising, to drive qualified leads.
  • Champion ABM: Design and implement a robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy that targets key enterprise accounts, aligning closely with sales for personalized engagement and accelerated deal cycles.
  • Customer Marketing: Partner with our customer success team to ensure we market to our base to undercover upsell opportunities.
  • Drive Full-Funnel Excellence: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire marketing and sales funnel, from lead to close. Implement rigorous reporting and analysis to continuously optimize performance and demonstrate ROI.
  • Strategic Web Leadership: Partner with our Web Manager to ensure our website is a high-performing lead generation engine, optimized for user experience, conversion, and SEO.
  • Ignite Partner Channels: Develop and execute marketing strategies that enable and drive sales through our strategic partner ecosystem, expanding our reach and accelerating growth.
  • Seamless Sales Alignment: Foster a deep, collaborative partnership with our sales leadership and BDR teams. You'll be embedded in sales conversations, understand their needs, and work hand-in-hand to ensure lead quality, follow-up, and conversion.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective for a highly technical audience.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Optimization: Work closely with Marketing Operations to leverage our martech stack effectively, ensuring data integrity, automation, and seamless integration.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant pipeline and revenue growth in a technical product environment (ideally relational databases, infrastructure, or developer tools).
  • Hands-on expertise across the full spectrum of digital marketing channels (AIO, GEO, SEO, SEM, social, email, paid media).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that support all market segments.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel metrics and reporting, with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in partner marketing and driving pipeline through indirect channels.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships with sales and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action, who can translate complex concepts into actionable marketing programs.
  • Player/coach mentality that is willing to get hands-on and lead by example.
  • Passion for technology and a keen understanding of how to market to a highly technical audience.

Location: Remote - US

Compensation:

The annual anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is USD $100,000.00 - $140,000.00. 

Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies.

In addition, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than the job description as posted.
