Job Profile:
This role provides essential support to Man Group's digital marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with stakeholders across Global Marketing, Sales, Technology, Client Services, and Investment teams. The position focuses on coordinating the delivery of strategic digital objectives, identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance Man Group's digital presence, and supporting day-to-day operations within the Marketing Operations and Digital team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting on the delivery of key digital marketing projects
  • Assessing current/existing processes, eliciting requirements and identifying improvements where possible
  • Advanced level work within our CMS (Drupal) system and experience using website prototyping tools (eg. Figma)
  • Identifying, evaluating, prioritising and actioning ongoing UX improvements
  • Identifying target audiences ensuring consistent digital user journeys
  • Support with digital analytics; ensuring stakeholders have access to key performance metrics to enable data-led decision making
  • Management reporting and updates on digital initiatives
  • Monitoring peers regarding best practice and new ideas for digital roadmap
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Technology

Technical Competencies:

  • 3+ years of working experience in digital product development, UX or website design
  • B2B industry experience, Financial Services is a plus
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Business management, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions
  • High sense of responsibility and hands-on approach
  • Good organisational, project & time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a client-focused mindset
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with prototyping & wireframing tools (Figma, miro, etc.)
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS (advanced user)
  • Fluent in English
