The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Team strategy by ensuring an efficient and effective talent acquisition process aligned with our four pillars of focus. This role leverages advanced technology and talent acquisition tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, ensuring we are a technology-enabled team. A strong emphasis is placed on providing a seamless and positive experience for
candidates, demonstrating our commitment to being candidate centric. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as a consultative partner by collaborating
closely with Talent Acquisition Associates/Partners and hiring managers to align on interviewing processes and best practices. Through these efforts, the role underscores our belief that hiring the right talent is one of the most significant business decisions we make.

Specific responsibilities
Scheduling:

  • Coordinate interview schedules within 1 business day using tools like Greenhouse and calendar systems.
  • Ensure all interviews are set up with any required technical components (e.g., HackerRank links, video call details).
  • Provide clear and professional communication to candidates, including interview details and confirmations.
  • Manage logistics for in-person interviews (e.g., reception/building access, room bookings).
  • Proactively manage urgent changes such as cancellations or reschedules.


Feedback Management:

  • Gather and communicate interviewer feedback promptly to hiring teams, ensuring data is accurately logged in Greenhouse.
  • Schedule debrief discussions with stakeholders after final-round interviews.

Talent Technology Support:

  • Ensure optimal use of Talent Acquisition technology tools (e.g., Greenhouse) to track candidates, streamline workflows, and improve reporting.
  • Assist in managing candidate assessments, ensuring results are delivered efficiently and securely.

Talent Acquisition Mailbox & Agency Coordination:

  • Monitor the talent acquisition mailbox daily, triaging or responding to inquiries as appropriate.
  • Support agency management, including processing invoices, maintaining Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs), and managing new agency agreements.
  • Organise meetings between agencies, talent acquisition, and hiring leaders to align on talent acquisition strategies.


Technical Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition technology, including assessment tools (e.g., HackerRank).
  • Experience in cost-conscious talent acquisition practices
