Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to support, enhance, and maintain key software tools for our Operational Risk Management team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a technical foundation and an interest in risk management. You will work closely with experienced teams to align technical solutions with business requirements, gaining skills in IBM OpenPages, IBM Cognos, and Prevalent.
Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Support & Enhancement:
  • Assist with the operation, configuration, and customization of IBM OpenPages, IBM Cognos, and Prevalent to support GRC frameworks and reporting needs.
  • Risk Management Integration:
  • Learn to use IBM OpenPages for regulatory risk tracking and Prevalent for third-party risk management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, dashboards, and system enhancements.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain system documentation and assist in creating reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Quality Assurance & Monitoring:
  • Support testing and performance monitoring to ensure system reliability.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Build expertise in relevant tools and stay updated on emerging technologies and risk management practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Basic understanding of technical concepts and interest in risk management.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred:
    • Familiarity with IBM OpenPages, IBM Cognos, or similar systems.
    • Exposure to third-party risk management tools like Prevalent.
    • Experience in software configuration, reporting, or data analysis through internships or academic projects.
