We are currently seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity IAM Engineer to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding applications, configuration of the platform, recertifications, design and implementation of workflows and connectors associated into Identity Security Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
As the SailPoint IAM Engineer, you will be part of, and work closely with the IAM team, to complete technical onboarding in the Dev environment and ensure successful Production deployment. Your extensive knowledge of IAM best practices, procedures, and software solutions will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as an IAM Engineer with SailPoint technologies, preferably ISC, along with experience working with various technologies including Windows, Linux/Unix, scripting, LDAP, SQL, API, Connectors, and web services. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python is also essential.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experienced developer with 3+ years using Java / python
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field
- Strong Experience in SailPoint Technologies essential, preferably ISC
- Strong Experience in designing, implementing and configuring of workflows, onboarding applications, JML processes, Recertifications and integration with 3rd party apps and technologies (API, LDAP, SQL, Web Services)
- Experience with Windows environments, Linux, Unix
- Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is beneficial
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable
Responsibilities:
- IAM System Implementation: Participate in the planning, design, configuration and implementation of the IAM system
- Issue Resolution: Analyse, develop and resolve IAM related issues and challenges in relation to development and onboarding of new features, workflows and applications.
- Access Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly monitor and audit access rights to identify unauthorized access attempts and potential security breaches
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of IAM strategies and roadmaps
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and translate these into functional requirements
- User Support and Training: Provide training and support to users on IAM policies and procedures
