People Operations Coordinator
The People Operations Coordinator will provide primary administrative support to the US People team. This role will partner closely with the US and global People teams on a broad range of activities to provide day to day HR support to the organization. The People Operations Coordinator will have a strong executive presence with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, while remaining flexible and adapting easily to changing priorities.
Candidate experience management ensuring a seamless transition from Recruitment team to People Operations and People Partner for EE lifecycle
- Offer & Contract Generation within agreed SLA’s
- Manage pre-employment background checks including relationship management with the screening provider, while ensuring checks meet compliance criteria
- continuous improvement initiatives for onboarding process
- Coordinate onboarding process with IT, hiring manager and payroll team.
- Conduct new hire orientations and prepare new hire announcements.
- Prepare and manage exit documents for leavers
- HRIS data entry for all Joiners, Leavers, Transfers and Conversions
- Ad-Hoc employee personal and job data updates
- Provide administrative support to People team
- Support People team by responding to employee questions regarding benefits, vacation, and company policies.
- Manage inquiries that are received via People team group inbox or global people support slack channel and either respond or coordinate with appropriate team member to provide a response.
- Assist with employment immigration as it relates to non-immigrant visas, permanent residency sponsorship, and the hiring of foreign nationals in the US (or global mobility / transfers)
- Manage the invoice process, including raising POs and ensuring timely payment via Accounts Payable
- Update relevant People related intranet pages, inclusive of labor law postings, benefit updates, and handbook updates
- Assist with updating annual Dignity at Work training and rollout as well as any other state required training requirements.
- Assist with annual compensation and promotion process
- Provide support to the wider People Team, as and when required, including ad-hoc projects
- 2-3 years of HR or administrative experience in a corporate background (ideally in Financial Services)
- High degree of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook – experience with Workday and ADP a plus
- Ability to prioritize, to take ownership and work independently
- Proven proficiency in problem resolution and demonstrated initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain communication (written and oral) and partnership with many key stakeholders
- Superior attention to detail
- Very discreet, professional, and committed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Base Salary Range: The anticipated based salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 + benefits + a discretionary bonus. This is the base salary range that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting based on the location and requirements of the position as well as the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant. The Firm reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
