Introduction: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for soliciting and servicing short-term loans while guiding potential consumers through the underwriting process. You will verify information, obtain employment and earnings details, and ensure all steps align with qualifying criteria. Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Engagement

  • Generate new loan business by engaging with potential customers via email, phone, and text.
  • Promote and sell financial services in alignment with company offerings.
  • Utilize active listening skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

 

Loan Processing and Underwriting Support

  • Assist customers through the loan application process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
  • Follow up on outstanding obligations and use work queues and callbacks to meet monthly goals.
  • Collaborate with the Underwriting Team to verify customer eligibility and process applications.

 

Performance and Compliance

  • Meet daily and monthly goals provided by Sales Managers and QA Managers, including KPIs such as call volume, attendance, lead handling, and funding targets.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and company policies while maintaining high-quality assurance results.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of new business processes and compliance guidelines.

 

Administrative and Software Management

  • Utilize internal software systems, including ADP, Outlook, Five9, Infinity, Chirp, and DecisionLogic.
  • Participate in training, mentoring, and coaching sessions with managers and quality assurance teams.
  • Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening and call control.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate different computer applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to close sales and deliver exceptional service.
  • Customer-focused with adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding compliance-related materials.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

 

Soft Skills
