Social Media & Content Manager

The LUKSO Tech Team is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to play a pivotal part in expanding our communication, content creation and educational efforts across various platforms, including X, YouTube, TikTok, and more. Your primary focus will be Universal Profiles (ERC725Account), Universal Everything, and LSPLABS, ensuring our messaging is consistent, clear, and impactful.

We’re focused on bringing blockchain technology to its next frontier with new tools and standards that are revolutionising the way the world interacts with blockchain. Creators and users will be able to have a seamless Web3 experience with LUKSO's future-proof solutions and we welcome talent from around the world to join us in building the most innovative tools for the Social, Culture and Creators.

LUKSO was Co-Founded by Chief Blockchain Architect, Fabian Vogelsteller, author of ERC-20, ERC-725, Web3.js, Mist Browser and former Lead Dapp developer of Ethereum and Marjorie Hernandez, an early blockchain strategist working with Ethereum, IOTA Foundation and world-renowned brands, who also Co-Founded THE DEMATERIALISED.

LUKSO is now being developed by 40+ people around the globe and we are looking for motivated and passionate people who are up to the task of joining us in building out the foundation for the New Creative Economy and the apps that power it.

• Learned about LUKSOs technology and ecosystem; engaged with the community and understood their needs and interests.
• Developed and implemented content strategies for ERC725Account, Universal Everything, and LSPLABS across multiple platforms.
• Translated complex technical information into clear, accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborated with the DevRel and Tech Teams on updates and releases, ensuring consistent language and voice.
• Created and edited engaging content, including copy, videos, and visuals, tailored to each social media channel.
• Taken full ownership of content management, engaging and responding to community posts with accurate knowledge, falling into the DevRel umbrella.
• Fostered growth within the content team with opportunities for leadership and team expansion.
  
  

A background like this helps:

• Working within a DevRel team and alongside Engineers to foster messaging, content creation and strategy, particularly for social media platforms.
• Strong ability to translate technical information into accessible language (including designs) for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and a passion for decentralisation and blockchain technology.
• Experience in community engagement and management, particularly in tech or Web3 communities.
• Proficiency in creating and editing multimedia content, including videos and visuals.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive content calendars and strategies.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and understanding complex technological concepts.
