We are seeking an experienced, polished, and proactive Day Concierge to oversee the night operations of TwentyFive, a luxury residential development on the edge of Marylebone, just moments away from Mayfair and Hyde Park.
As the face of this high-end development, you will deliver an exceptional and seamless concierge service. This includes creating a welcoming environment, fostering personalised relationships with residents, and maintaining the highest standards of service to complement the luxury lifestyle expected by our clientele.
TwentyFive is a joint venture between Native Land and The Portman Estate, a development of 23 elegant apartments and 2 penthouses in Marylebone, only five minutes’ walk from Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Designed by architects Stiff+Trevillion, with interiors by MSMR and Hudson and Mercer, TwentyFive offers high quality lateral living, with broad and high rooms providing open and fluid interior space. It is part of a wider redevelopment which includes Grade A office space and four retail units which will house high-end curated shops and eateries selected by The Portman Estate.

What you will be doing!
Relationship Building
- Meet and greet all residents and visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly.
- Confidently act as the main point of contact for residents, both in person and via communication streams such as the resident app.
- Foster personalised communication and interaction with all stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of intuitive service and customer care.
Property and Operations management
- Maintain accurate logs for all visitors to the development.
- Receive and manage all residents’ deliveries, ensuring accuracy in reporting and appropriate notifications are sent out to residents as required.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the estate and residential areas as required.
- Monitor CCTV to ensure a secure and safe environment.
- Key management and recording in adherence to strict protocols.
- Ensure all health and safety issues are highlighted to the appropriate person and dealt with efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues to ensure a seamless service.
Guest and resident services
- Manage resident move-in bookings and coordinate requirements for the use of amenity spaces.
- Support the smooth resident move-in and move-out process to maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide recommendations on local area attractions and assist with restaurant reservations, ticketing, and transport arrangements as requested.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all service partners, fostering a “one-team” approach and striving for service excellence.
Skills and attributes for success!
- Experience OR passion for providing high level service: Previous experience in a high-end residential or five-star hospitality environment is highly desirable, but we encourage candidates from other backgrounds as we will provide training to the right person.
