LRM Prime provides residential management services to upscale residential and mixed use developments, primarily in Central London.  We embody the client’s brand and values delivering tailored services backed by extensive experience in the management of prime and super prime developments.  This is generally achieved through a combination of site based team members providing a range of property management and hospitality type services supported by central team based in Covent Garden.

The role represents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual to join a growing business as a part of a central HR function, to be supported in personal development (e.g. CIPD qualifications) and to have a key role in the support and management of a multi-national and diverse three hundred and fifty strong personnel team in a variety of professional and support services roles.

Role Summary

The role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual to join a growing business as a part of a central HR function supporting colleagues across multiple locations in Central London.  The company offers full support in personal development (e.g. CIPD qualifications) alongside working responsibilities. 

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR minded professional to join a small team to have a key role in the support and management of a multi-national and diverse three hundred and fifty strong personnel team in a variety of professional and support services roles & to work across an organisation with a diverse range of roles and professional disciplines. 

Principle Duties: These will include: 

  • Assist in effectively running HR functions in designated properties to support all Directors and Managers and their teams 
  • Provide support to assist the businesses to meet business objectives 
  • Support the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR projects, policies and procedures 
  • Support Managers when handling employee relations issues 
  • Implement best practice in all aspects of HR 
  • Assist with the onboarding process and the employee life cycle 
  • Managing and maintaining the IHASCO training platform 

Experience/Skills: Expectation of: 

  • Microsoft Package: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Knowledge of HR procedures, HR tools and systems 
  • Basic qualification in HR such as CIPD level 3 or HND and the aim to study for a full qualification 
  • Highly organised and efficient approach required 
  • Ability to manage varying needs and prioritising to ensure best business results 
  • Fully Proficient in spoken and written English Language 
  • Excellent communication skills are essential as is always observance of discretion due to high sensitivity of the information handled 
  • Passion for working with people, and exhibit a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn 
  • An exceptional attention to detail is also required as is a flexible attitude when it comes to working time as the role which is primarily Monday to Friday will occasionally require weekend working due to the 24/7 nature of our enterprise.
