The Lounge team is growing!
We are looking for a Influencer Partnerships Executive to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.
During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Partnerships Executive you will help the Partnerships Team build our brand presence in targeted regions through meaningful influencer partnerships, creating content that aligns with wider campaigns & driving brand affinity and engagements.

What you will do at Lounge:
- Manage a roster of partners to create content that increases brand affinity & reach, across our target markets.
- Communicate with your partners to create content in support of peak periods, key launches and brand campaigns across the business, while also supporting organic social & paid marketing campaigns with UGC.
- Identify new and upcoming micro creators across Instagram, YouTube & TikTok, building out our brand reach within new audiences
- Stay up to date with market trends, platform updates and creators to ensure we stay adaptable and ahead of the curve.
- Get creative & share your ideas to support our influencer marketing strategy in an ever-changing industry.
We would love it if you:
- Are passionate about Influencer Marketing, with a desire to learn, grow and succeed
- Have some knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and consumer behaviour through social media or previous experience within a fashion marketing role.
- Show willingness to get involved, learn and put forward ideas benefitting the wider team and business.
- Recognise our brand values and goals, pushing towards these whilst managing your workload and utilising your skill and resources.
- Are methodical in your approach to planning and execution, with a fine eye for detail & passion for relationship building.
- Are extremely confident with technology and are computer literate.
