Join Lottoland’s Marketing team as our Social Media Executive and help grow a highly engaged community across multiple markets. You’ll plan and create platform-native content, manage our calendar, and turn insights into action — all while collaborating closely with Creative, Country Managers, Product, and Compliance. This is an on-site role in Gibraltar with flexible hours.

What you will do:

• Plan and execute multi-geo social strategies aligned to product updates and marketing campaigns.
• Create and publish engaging, platform‑native content (focus on Facebook and Instagram) tailored to each market.   
• Own the social content calendar; coordinate with Creative/Brand, Country Managers, Product, and Legal/Compliance; handle IOs and invoicing.
• Lead day‑to‑day community management — respond, engage, and escalate appropriately across channels.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, conversion), report clear insights, and optimize content and cadence.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitors; propose tests and new formats to drive growth.

Who you are:

• Hands-on social media experience across content creation and community management.
• Strong understanding of major platforms, algorithms, and best practices (especially Facebook and Instagram).
• Confidence with social analytics and basic tracking/reporting; solid Excel skills.
• Excellent written English with an eye for audience, tone, and clarity.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative — able to juggle multiple markets and stakeholders in a regulated environment.
