We’re looking for a Procurement Analyst & Policy Lead to join our procurement function. This role is a mix of data analysis and policy leadership, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data but also wants to design and own procurement policies that shape how the business operates.

What you will do:

• Analyse procurement data, build dashboards, and provide insights to support decisions.
• Create, update, and communicate procurement policies and processes across the business.
• Work with procurement, finance, compliance, and legal to streamline and improve processes.
• Champion the use of ERP systems (Oracle) to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Provide occasional support to the buying team during peak periods or specialist projects.

Who you are:

• 3+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or an analytical role.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proven experience in policy and process development.
• Knowledge of procurement systems; ERP (Oracle) preferred
• A proactive communicator, confident working with stakeholders.
