Are you a confident communicator with a creative spark and a passion for people? We’re looking for a Content & Communications Executive to join our People team and become the heart of our internal storytelling. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections and bringing stories to life across an organisation.

In this hands-on, visible role, you’ll craft engaging content - from newsletters to videos - that keeps our teams informed, inspired, and connected. Working closely with our Strategic Comms Lead, you’ll help shape and elevate our internal voice in every corner of the business.

What you will do:

• Write and deliver internal newsletters and updates.
• Create written, visual, and video content that captures our unique culture.
• Spend time with different teams - gathering stories and translating them into impactful content.
• Listen actively and help shape communications that resonate.
• Build trusted relationships across teams to keep our messaging aligned and clear.

Who you are:

• You have an interest in internal communication and fostering company culture.
• You bring a creative mindset, plus basic photo and video editing skills.
• You're confident engaging with people at all levels across the business.
• You’ve got 1 year of experience in marketing, brand, communications, HR, or a people-focused role.
• You write with clarity and have the confidence to improve and challenge briefs when needed.
