What you will do:

• Coordinate CRM campaigns from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Keep communication flowing between CRM, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
• Spot challenges early and raise the flag when needed.
• Work confidently in a fast-paced environment—where shifting priorities keep things exciting.
• Be the go-to person for campaign progress, blockers, and cross-functional collaboration.
