It is a part time role of 30 hours.

What you will do:

• Reception cover for deliveries and general queries.
• Greet visitors, manage sign-ins, issue security tags/fobs, and ensure handover to responsible employees.
• Manage onboarding merchandise and stationery control.
• Collect and sort post (incoming & outgoing).
• Coordinate external/internal meeting rooms for CXO and team meetings.
• Process border letters and assisting with ad-hoc admin requests.
• Support print requests and other administrative duties as needed.
