The Lottery Operations Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing various operational tasks related to online gambling, fraud management, and transactional processes. The role involves handling lottery winning numbers, verifying information, assigning prizes, managing payments, addressing fraud concerns, and assisting with customer service queries. The Executive also plays a role in monitoring Lotteries and supporting other functions within the Operations team as needed. This is shift role Monday-Sunday.

What you will do:

• Store lottery winning numbers and verify information promptly.
• Assign prizes in multiple currencies and handle large winners.
• Assist with fraud preventions measures and investigate suspicious activities.
• Support customer service team with queries related to Lotteries.
• Monitor and make sure of seamless Lotteries operation flow.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on operational tasks and provide assistance as needed.

Who you are:

• Experienced in online gambling industry.
• You have understanding of fraud, payments, and transactional processes.
• You have an attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Strong communicator and team member.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
