What you will do:
- Plan and execute campaigns and promotions tailored to the HV customer base to onboard, retain, upsell, cross-sell, and reactivate.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of casino bonus mechanics and associated risks.
- Coordinate and quality-assure all necessary assets including copy, creative, and onsite communications for campaigns.
- Generate offer links, media, deposit codes, and credit bonuses to support campaign initiatives.
- Utilize data analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign planning for the HV customer base, ensuring a data-driven approach to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate on planning and implementing on-site campaigns based on HV segment and genre preferences.
- Partner with CRM Managers and gaming promo planners to launch initiatives driving VIP engagement and business success.
- Ensure all communications adhere to advertising standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously optimize strategies to enhance VIP customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Produce comprehensive and high-quality month-end reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and clarity in data.
Who you are:
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and strategies, particularly in the context of HV customer management.
- Ability to strategically allocate bonus resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration & communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development.
- Attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality, accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing CRM campaigns targeted at HV customer segments, resulting in increased engagement, retention, and revenue.
- An analytical mindset with experience in analysing campaign performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to advertising and communications in the online gambling sector.
- Written and spoken German language is a plus.
