Gibraltar - On-site / Hybrid

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain on-site Real-Time Marketing (RTM) strategy and plans for different business units, ensuring alignment with objectives and needs of various segments and teams.
  • Enhance the consistency of the company's marketing messages by aligning online campaigns across different channels and segments.
  • Initiate optimisation of on-site journeys for different customer segments to offer customers a personalised experience.
  • Execute campaigns in compliance with regulatory requirements for relevant markets, managing tasks in JIRA, setting up technical aspects, and targeting specific groups effectively.
  • Document and analyse data from RTM campaigns, creating weekly decks, confluence pages, campaign mapping files, MicroStrategy (MSTR) reports, and tracking attributes for insights and decision-making.
  • Optimise processes and workflows to improve efficiency within the team, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Model core values and behaviours, leading by example to foster a positive work culture and uphold company standards.
  • Liaise with various teams involved in campaign delivery to ensure timely execution and adherence to quality standards, while also analysing customer communication journeys and monitoring competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement in player experience and compliance with advertising and regulatory standards. Additionally, document workflows, customer communication journeys, campaign-specific test cases, and checklists for reference and optimization purposes.
  • Offer support where needed to CRM execs on additional channels such as Email, SMS & Rich Inbox.

Who you are:

  • Written and spoken Portuguese language is a plus
  • Creative thinker who makes data driven decisions
  • Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management: ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various teams and stakeholders involved in campaign delivery.
  • Collaboration: strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Problem-Solving: strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution in a timely manner.
  • Adaptability: flexibility and adaptability to navigate through changing priorities and requirements in a real-time marketing environment.
  • Proficient in contributing to month-end reporting as requested and knowledgeable and clear about success measures.
