What you will do:

  • Protect our Players: Review player accounts daily, complete risk assessments and create player profile reports to find any potentially vulnerable player so that we can support them accordingly.
  • Attention to detail: Use our Standard Operating Processes as your basis of player reviews, tailoring your decisions player by player to ensure the right course of action is taken depending on individual circumstances.
  • Responsible Gaming Tools: Evaluate and support players to use responsible gaming tools and features, such as self-exclusion, deposit limits, and reality checks where appropriate.
  • Build strong player relationships: Work with our players via phone, live chat & email to gain relevant documentation, apply limits and add to the players Lottoland experience by giving the highest level of support possible.
  • Collaboration and Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships across our Customer Operations department, staying up to date with new processes and working with your colleagues to deliver the best end to end experience for all players.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and reporting obligations related to safer gambling.

Who you are:

  • You have native English, second language skill is great but not mandatory: Lottoland is an English speaking company, however our players are from all over the world!
  • You have an industry Experience: Understanding and familiar with SG legislation and industry licensing requirements.
  • You have an eye for detail: Strong investigation, risk analysis, assessments and decision making skills.
