What you will do:
- Execute day-to-day management of PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant ones, to drive qualified traffic and user acquisition for online betting and gaming products and services.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-opportunity keywords and optimize campaign performance, including bid management, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring, to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including CTRs, conversion rate, CPAs and ROI to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in CRO with insights and the implementation of A/B testing initiatives to evaluate ad creatives, landing page designs, and campaign settings, user journeys, documenting results and insights to inform future optimization strategies and tactics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, trends, and insights to internal stakeholders, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements related to PPC advertising in the online betting and gaming sector, maintaining ethical standards and integrity in all campaigns.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior team members, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Identify trends, anticipate shifts in user behavior, and proactively propose strategy adjustments.
- Keep abreast of the latest platform updates, best practices, and gambling industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing and CRM teams to align PPC efforts with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Who you are:

- You are experienced in managing PPC advertising campaigns, preferably in the online betting and gaming industry, with a solid understanding of PPC platforms, tools, and best practices.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting purposes, with the ability to manipulate and interpret campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
- You have strong attention to detail and analytical skills, capable of identifying trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities within campaign data to improve performance and ROI.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
- You are self-motivated and proactive with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and industry developments.
- You have meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, reporting, and budget management.
- You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads Editor.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools such as Keyword Planner, SEMrush or Similar Web.
- Familiarity with bid management techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with ad policies and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of attribution models and multi-channel funnel analysis.
