As a Product Operations Specialist, you will serve as a data-driven facilitator and investigator, identifying gaps and asking the right questions to ensure seamless operations across multiple domains. Your role is crucial in managing dependencies effectively, supporting the overall efficiency of our product operations and supporting communication with stakeholders.

Your primary goal will be to enhance operational efficiency and communication within the product team by streamlining tools and processes, ultimately supporting the team's success in delivering high-quality products.

What you will do:

  •  Document new product features, create user manuals and troubleshooting guides in collaboration with the Product Owner
  • Support the roll out of features and ensure predictable rollout
  • Ensure incidents are minimised, managed and escalated effectively (dedicated first point of contact) while collaborating with stakeholders to prevent reoccurrence of issues
  • Coordinate significant event reporting for the regulator
  • Facilitate data collection, market research and analysis for the domain
  • Analyse key domain metrics e.g., incidents, lead time, rollouts and identify inefficiencies within product operations
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes and tools that enhance operational workflows
  • Monitor and manage dependencies between different product domains to ensure smooth coordination
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritize actions effectively.

Who you are:

  • Have 1-year relevant experience e.g., managing processes/operations
  • Have excellent communicator both verbally and written (English)
  • Data driven and experienced analysing data/creating reports
  • Have understanding of how to gather and analyse requirements including use cases
  • Experienced creating user manuals/documentation
  • Able to leverage data, measure metrics and create insights/reports
  • Experienced working in agile environment
  • Have good stakeholder management and relationship building skills
