Work options: Gibraltar, Malaga (Hybrid), Spain (Remote) 

Reporting to the Product Manager for Lotteries, you will oversee key journeys to the lottery players, working closely with our internal stakeholders and UX department, always with our end-user in mind. You will do this through owning one development team and prioritising work to achieve the company’s goals.

You will contribute to the company’s roadmap, interpret, and generate detailed product requirements for your teams, support development team needs, ensure compliance with existing and new regulated markets, liaise with stakeholders, as well as optimise strategies for the lottery product portfolio. Your aim is to give our lottery customers the best possible experience when buying a lottery ticket; safely and seamlessly.

Your focus is more tactical and detail-oriented; your partner (the Product Manager) supports you on the high level and strategic parts. It is expected that you feel comfortable discussing with your teams not only ‘the what and why’ but also working on ‘the how’, which may involve technical discussions.

What you will do:

  • Understand the overall company and product domain vision
  • Collaborate with your Product Manager to create and execute the strategic roadmap for Lotteries
  • Gather high level requirements (what & why) from different stakeholders (business + tech)
  • Write user stories and detailed requirements from prioritised features
  • Create & maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, providing updates and analysis at all levels as needed
  • Work closely with UX to assess and improve customer experience through user research and design iteration
  • Ensure the backlogs/pipelines for dev teams are full and always prioritised
  • Work with the team to break down requirements into detailed user stories
  • Lead and deliver value through continuous and incremental iterations, using the Agile framework that bests adapts to the team

Who you are:

  • Have previous experience as Product Owner/ Manager (working with development teams)
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written (English)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital product roadmaps
  • Experienced in gathering and analysing requirements and planning
  • Have technical understanding and/or background
  • Have agile understanding and way of working
