We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join us on a temporary contract until 31 December 2024. The role will look to support our Portuguese-speaking markets as soon as possible. Don’t worry if you aren’t native Portuguese as we have internal translation tools to help with that. This is a great role for those that want an exposure into the Gaming Industry and gain some work experience!

What you will do:

  • Project Exposure: This role will be temporary, for the duration of an internal project that ends on 31 December 2024
  • Action every day: Support our players by email, supporting with our most common queries from players.
  • Be a lucky charm: Help our players by promoting the latest products, bonus offers or other promotions.
  • The best opportunities for change: Nearly 80% of our Customer Service employees not only gain plenty of industry experience, but also advance internally/move up internally to a wide variety of different positions.
  • Your contact list gets full: every day you work on improving our player experience and helping our players to use our site seamlessly.

Who you are:

  • You have strong English level: You may work in the Portuguese-speaking market, but you will be working with international colleagues on a daily basis and Lottoland’s core language is English.
  • You are not afraid of player contact: You are the first point of contact for our players, so you should have no problem helping our players with their enquiries in an appropriate tone.
  • You have desire to fill your industry knowledge: The more you learn about our offering while working here, the easier it will be for you to interact with our players on a daily basis.
