Corporate Sales Co‑Coordinator

£30,000 per annum

40 hours per week

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm Stoke BMW

We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Co‑Coordinator to support our corporate function and deliver a smooth, efficient experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing incoming enquiries on Ebbon Leaselink from initial contact through to delivery

• Quoting and ordering vehicles

• Updating customers throughout the sales journey

• Arranging delivery and collection of vehicles

• Ordering vehicle delivery packs

• Charging and fuelling vehicles

• Completing pre‑ and post‑delivery customer calls

• Checking vehicle consignments

• Providing general ad‑hoc support within the Stoke BMW team

We’re looking for someone organised, confident working at pace, and comfortable managing multiple tasks throughout the day. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, as you’ll be supporting both customers and the wider corporate team to ensure every vehicle handover runs smoothly.
