Location: Glasgow TPS N/East

45 Hours: 08.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday (Saturday 08.00 - 13.00 on rota)

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000

Type: Full-time, Permanent

 

About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Parts Sales Executive to join our TPS team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and building strong, long-term relationships with trade customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Accurately identify and supply parts to meet customer needs
  • Promote products and identify upselling opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact
  • Deliver expert advice and a high level of customer service
  • Handle enquiries, orders, and customer issues professionally
  • Work closely with the wider team to meet business goals

About you

  • Previous sales or parts/distribution experience (or a fast-paced telesales environment)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • A team player with a professional attitude
