Sales Manager – Omoda JAECOO - New Site Opening | Join the Launch Team 

Salary: £80,000 (DOE) On Target Earnings & Company Car  

Hours: 44 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09.00am  18.00pm ( one late night 7pm), saturdays 09.00am to 17.00pm and sundays 10.00am -15.00pm

What you’ll do 

  • Managing the full sales journey — from online enquiry to handover 
  • Leading and developing your team through structured 1:1s, coaching and performance management 
  • Driving departmental targets and achieving brand KPIs 
  • Overseeing stock — buying, pricing and ensuring the right cars are on the pitch 
  • Ensuring FCA compliance across all sales activity 
  • Owning customer satisfaction and embedding a culture of service excellence
