Aftersales Manager – Omoda JAECOO Battersea - - New Site Opening | Join the Launch Team
Salary: OTE up to £75k
Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday–Friday
A rare opportunity has opened at Omoda JAECOO Battersea for a driven, customer‑focused Aftersales Manager. We’re looking for an Aftersales Manager who’s ready to help build a standout customer experience from the ground up.

What you’ll do
- Lead the full aftersales operation — service, workshop and customer care
- Develop and coach your team through structured 1:1s, performance management and ongoing training
- Drive departmental targets and deliver brand KPIs across service, parts and CSI
- Oversee workshop efficiency — loading, productivity, quality control and right‑first‑time standards
- Ensure compliance across all service and warranty activity
- Own customer satisfaction and embed a culture of exceptional service

You will have prior experience in a similar premium automotive environment with a proven track record in transactional aftersales and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will have experience in leading a highly motivated team and know how to get the best out of each team member. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
