Brand Director – BMW & MINI

Location: UK based with Travel Required across sites

Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking an exceptional Brand Director to lead our BMW and MINI division — a prestigious opportunity to shape the performance, culture, and strategic direction of two of the world’s most iconic automotive brands.

This high‑profile role carries full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of our BMW/MINI sites across Stoke, Stafford, and Crewe, ensuring each location delivers outstanding customer experience, strong financial performance, and consistent brand excellence.

About the Role

As Brand Director, you will oversee a multi‑site operation, guiding leadership teams and ensuring each centre operates to the highest standards. You will be the driving force behind performance, culture, and customer satisfaction across all three locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing management teams across Stoke, Stafford, and Crewe

• Ensuring each site delivers exceptional sales, aftersales, and profitability results

• Maintaining strong relationships with BMW Group UK and representing Lookers at a senior level

• Embedding premium brand standards and operational excellence across all departments

• Driving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across the region

• Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives

• Creating a high‑performance culture that motivates and empowers colleagues

About You

We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially astute leader with a proven track record in senior automotive management. You’ll bring strategic vision, operational discipline, and the ability to inspire teams across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have significant experience in a senior leadership role within the motor trade

• Demonstrate strong financial acumen and a history of delivering commercial success

• Be an influential communicator with exceptional stakeholder‑management skills

• Thrive in a premium‑brand environment with high customer expectations

• Bring a forward‑thinking, customer‑centric approach to leadership

• Possess the credibility to represent Lookers and BMW/MINI at the highest level
