Partnership Management Lead

London, United Kingdom

About us

We’re Littlepay - a growing fintech headquartered in Melbourne with operations in the UK, EU, LATAM, USA, and Australia. Our payments platform enables our customers to pay for public transport using any payment card, mobile wallet, or wearable device. Processing over USD 1 billion a year in 19 countries and continuing to expand globally, we’re proud to move more people through better payment experiences.

About the role

Littlepay is scaling through partnerships, building a global function that will play a central role in our go-to-market strategy across the UK, Europe, LATAM, North America, Australia and New Zealand. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are evolving towards a strategic, high-impact partner ecosystem where partners are true extensions of our business.

As the first dedicated hire in this function, you will have the opportunity to shape how partnerships work at Littlepay from the ground up. Working closely with the Global Head of Solutions & Partnerships, you will turn partnership strategy into action by building the ecosystem, processes and momentum needed to make partnerships a scalable distribution and revenue channel across multiple regions. Operating at the centre of the business, you will bring together expertise across commercial, product, marketing and delivery teams to create a partner experience that is clear, commercially valuable and easy to engage with.

This is a high-visibility role with senior stakeholder access, meaningful ownership and the opportunity to influence how Littlepay shows up to partners in the market. As the function grows, there is clear opportunity for this role to expand in scope, influence and impact over time.

Success in this role will be measured by partner-driven pipeline, revenue contribution and the strength of the partner ecosystem.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and implement the partnership framework by translating strategy into clear, repeatable processes across the partner lifecycle
  • Define and track key metrics including activation, pipeline contribution, revenue impact and engagement

Partner Development, Activation & Growth

  • Identify and qualify high-value partners across target markets
  • Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programmes
  • Ensure partners and internal teams are equipped with the tools, context and alignment needed to effectively position and deliver Littlepay solutions
  • Work with Marketing to develop and scale the partner programme including messaging, collateral and initiatives that drive partner awareness, engagement and market demand
  • Drive partner activation, joint planning, pipeline development and opportunity progression
  • Monitor partner performance and support conversion of partner-led opportunities into revenue in collaboration with Sales and Solutions teams

Internal Enablement & Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination between partners and internal teams
  • Bring together the right expertise across Sales, Product, Legal, Delivery and Support to deliver partner success
  • Provide visibility to the business of partner activity, performance and risks
  • Continuously improve partner processes, tools and ways of working through the partner lifecycle

What success looks like

Within your first 6–12 months, you will have:

  • Implemented a clear and adopted partnership framework
  • Onboarded and activated high-quality partners across key markets

  • Delivered measurable partner-driven pipeline and revenue contribution

Experience working with/in:

  • Partnerships, alliances or indirect sales within a B2B SaaS, fintech, payments or similarly technical platform business
  • Partner-led sales models where partners actively originate, influence or support commercial opportunities
  • Partnership environments involving technical integrations, implementation considerations or solution-led selling
  • Modern partner programmes, with the ability to apply proven frameworks while bringing fresh thinking to a fast-moving, evolving business
  • High-growth or product-led SaaS companies

You will also bring:

  • Strong organisational and programme management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach suited to a scale-up environment
  • Confidence operating from planning through to execution

How you'll work

  • London-based with hybrid working (2 days per week)
  • Reporting to the Global Head of Solutions & Partnerships
  • Working closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, Marketing, Legal and Delivery teams

In-office expectations

At Littlepay, we believe great work happens when we solve problems, together. We see in-person collaboration as an important way to build connections, share ideas, and support each other meaningfully.

For those assigned to an office location, we generally expect a minimum two-day presence in the office each week. This may vary depending on your role, team, and location. For example, our team in Luxembourg works 4 days from the office, whereas our AU and UK teams currently work a minimum of 2 days onsite in our Melbourne/London offices. Some positions might require more frequent office attendance to support cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, or specific team workflows. Your hiring manager will provide details relevant to your role.

We aim to strike a healthy balance between in-person connection and flexibility, while staying connected to deliver with speed and agility as we continue to scale, ensuring our ways of working support both our people and our shared ambition to move more people through better payment experiences.

Our recruitment process

If you’ve been shortlisted for the role, you’ll first have a chat with our Talent team. If the stars align, we’ll then arrange your first interview. You’ll also receive a short workplace preferences questionnaire to help us understand how you prefer to work. Following a successful first interview, you’ll be invited to complete a technical challenge. We’ll then invite you to meet with another group of Littlepay team members before making an offer.

If you have any questions regarding the recruitment process or if you require any accommodations for any stage in the interview process, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Additionally, if you don’t meet all of the criteria (we know that some underrepresented groups tend to avoid applying if they don’t), please still apply. We really enjoy meeting people who might bring a fresh perspective on a problem we need to solve!

Ultimately, being part of our small but mighty team means you'll have the opportunity to learn about micropayments, and have a hand in the provision of services that impact millions of people. You’ll help us deliver on our revolutionary product roadmap and help scale our platform as we continue to expand across the globe.

If this opportunity interests you, hit apply! We look forward to learning about you.
